Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after your order is placed. 

Cancellations

Need to cancel you order for whatever reason?  No problem we can do that for you in the first 12hr of ordering.  Just send us a quick email to [email protected]. After that our orders process and we will not be able to accommodate your request.

Lost Package

Oh no, its lost in the mail? Or says its been delivered and not?  We are so sorry for this inconveniece.  

Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Precious Gnomies & More  hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery.  Precious Gnomies & More assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at
